Carnival

Join us in being an UpStander

October is officially National Bullying Prevention Awareness month. Every October, DPC would organize an UpStander Carnival. This event for elementary-aged children aimed to teach them to identify bullying and help them be UpStanders—rather than bystanders—when they see bullying happen.

The UpStander Carnival now comes to your child’s school! We partner with elementary schools to bring our interactive UpStander educational activities directly to children on campuses.

The UpStander Carnival program is dedicated to the memory of Eva Dopico, a beloved teacher and member of the Davis community who was a champion of creating safe, accepting spaces for children and all people.
